Below is a list of current options for paying your family accounts.

Material and Services Charge
School
The Material and Services (M&S) Charge for 2025 is $300 per student for 4 terms. The government have applied a $200 rebate for all full fee paying families in 2025, this reduces the cost to $100 per student.
Material and Services Charge payments are due by the end of March unless a Direct Debit Agreement or a School Card Form has been completed, signed and returned to the front office. The forms are available from the front office.
Preschool
The preschool contribution for families is $90 per term. The preschool contribution charge helps cover the costs of running a government-funded preschool education program over the course of a year and we rely on families making their contribution to support our preschool.
Payments can be made via the ‘Qkr!’ mobile app.

- Download Qkr! on your phone or tablet.
- Register.
- Find our School. Search for ‘Modbury School P-6’.
- Register your children.

Other payment options
You can pay school invoices via EFTPOS or credit card.
Incursions, excursions and swimming will be invoiced separately during the year.
Payments may also be made in person at the Front Office from 8.30am – 3.00pm Monday to Friday.
